VPA was organized under the banner of the Vermont Grocers' Association a few years ago, to help ensure that petroleum interests continue to be well represented. Joe Choquette of Downs, Rachlin & Martin is the principal lobbyist and spokesperson for the group. Dick Barnes of AR Sandri serves as Chair of the VPA Steering Committee.
